Mustafa Kemal Dursun read law at Istanbul Law School and subsequently obtained "Commercial Law Certificate" from Institute for Banking and Commercial Law at Ankara University. He has been practising law since 1997 when he was first admitted to the Kayseri Bar Association.

He has extensive experience in litigation with specific emphasis on the insurance, employment and insolvency areas.

Kemal is a member of Ankara Bar Association and Izmir Atatürk High School Alumni.
